The National Engineering Laboratory for Grain Fermentation Technology and Technology was founded in 2010 and was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission in May 2011. It is the first national engineering laboratory in the field of grain fermentation in China. The laboratory has a building area of 9860 square meters. It has provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological innovation public platforms such as the Functional Food Engineering Research Center of the Ministry of Education and the Jiangsu Bioactive Products Processing Engineering Technology Research Center, and serves as a major component of the National Technology Transfer Center.
